JPHigherEd is honored to have an amazing group of JP Webinars’ Facilitators that provide higher education professionals with high-quality content, tangible resources, and success-driven action steps that all utilize an identity-conscious approach. Our facilitators are committed to transforming the higher education community by centering the voices of marginalized students, staff, and faculty in all aspects of higher education!

JPHigherEd is always looking to expand the team. The next application process will begin in January 2018. If interested, please register for an interest meeting to learn more about this opportunity!  During the interest meeting, all participants will have the opportunity to ask questions about the facilitator role and JPHigherEd.

Who?

Who are we looking for?

JPHigherEd is looking for professionals who are self-driven and passionate. Those who are most successful will be connected and highly engaged in higher education. We seek professionals who have an active online presence and who is actively building their network.

What?

What is required of our facilitators?

All facilitators must be actively engaged in anti-oppression work. Our ideal facilitator will recognize the importance of social justice work and will be aware of their own role in this process. In addition, they will be actively seeking to better their communities! JPHigherEd facilitators seek to dismantle oppressive structures, mindsets, and behaviors in an effort to create a liberated world for all.

All facilitators are expected to utilize an intersectional approach in their work and will be expected to center those who are most marginalized in their workshops!
